Please join us Sunday, February 5th at 6:00 PM for the first wine dinner in our 2023 series featuring the wines and cuisine of Champagne-Ardenne. Of course we will be pouring the well-known bubbly we all associate with the Champagne region, but we have also sourced a very sought-after, still, red wine from the region. We will start and end the evening with two wines from the Jura, a region just east of Champagne. Chef Madalyn has designed a dinner in collaboration with one of Chicago's most notorious wine reps, Freddy Brown, to bring you an unforgettable experience at Webster's. Tickets are for single entry and limited to 30 so get yours now!
The menu* is as follows:
COLD-SMOKED OYSTER | nasturtium, rhubarb with Tissot NV Crémant du Jura Extra Brut
